You can expect to receive your Sassy Sak within 4 weeks of your order date. If items are In stock, you can expect it to ship from our studio within 5 business days. Should there be any issues regarding your order or fabric choice we will be sure to contact you as soon as possible. Please contact us if you need faster service.
We hope you will truly love your new Sassy Sak, and want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you need to return or exchange your handbag, please contact us within 7 days. The item must be unused and in its original condition (tags attached, etc.). Original shipping charges can not be refunded and shipping to return the package is your responsibility.
Our unique handbags are created with a variety of quality fabrics. We do not recommend machine washing. Many of the cotton fabrics are stain treated. We do use many high end upholstery and decorator fabics that require spot or dry cleaning. Your Sassy Sak will be labeled with care recommendations.
